Kigali Keys: building pianos in Rwanda

We came across a wonderful article about Désiré Mulumeoderwa and Marion Grace Woolley and their quest to build an upright piano that – should they succeed – will become the first Rwandan-made piano, a musical milestone for this landlocked East African country. They are recording the journey of their aptly-named “Kigali Keys” project on their blog.
